Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it,
  • With all original tags and packaging,
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@ecocotton.co. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@ecocotton.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products,
  • Final sale or clearance items,
  • Gift cards,
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., beauty, skincare, or bath items),
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the unwanted item and then place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
