Thank you for shopping with Ecocotton. We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and covers shipments within the United States, Canada, and international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (1–5 business days)
  • Free Shipping for orders over $150 USD

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your neighbors or building management. If it cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at info@ecocotton.co.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We currently do not offer same-day delivery services.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. If you need to modify an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
